One home, done carefully

A two-level ski condo at the base of Canyons Village, thoughtfully designed and hosted hands-on by Adam. Not a portfolio, not a hotel room.

Built for families

Engineered around kids, from the bunk steps up

The custom bunk room has centered steps for easy, safe access, two Queen beds on the bottom and two twins on top. A playroom and desk nook sit right beside it. Upstairs, the loft keeps kids within sight of the living room, so the whole family stays together.

All the comforts of home

A main level planned for gathering

The main floor was designed as a gathering space: a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and a full kitchen stocked with pour-over and drip coffee setups. In-unit laundry means you can pack light and settle in for a longer stay.

The Location

One of the Few RedPine Units

Perched behind the golf course, with tree-lined views and a calm most guests call peaceful. You feel tucked into the mountain, not stacked above a parking lot.

Getting Around

Walk to the Skyway Gondola

The Canyons Village Skyway Gondola is a short walk from the door, with Kimball Junction about ten minutes away. No better launching point for your ski trip and mountain adventures.

Four Seasons

Ski in Winter, Ride All Summer
